Car Warranties Under 200,000 Miles
Filed Under Car Warranties | Comments Off
I saw on TV advertisements for Car Warranty if your car is under 200,000 miles warranty are those legit?
I a 2001 Civic without any warranty, did anyone buy this kind of guarantee?
Yes, a transsexual can cost $ 3,000 or more depending on the year, make and model of vehicle. But honestly, you're better off taking the money that would be your monthly payment and put it in a savings account. There are many loop holes, fine print and the strange language in the safeguards that you see on television. They leave themselves a little room for maneuver to evade payment. You better find a reliable mechanic, perhaps one with his own shop, or who work side at the weekend dealer. And keep this savings account just for your vehicle repairs.

!!!!??????????? SUV more
I get a new car. Or a Hummer H3 Alpha 08 fully loaded for around 27k under warranty (in under 30k miles). A 02 or Mercedes G500, with 46,000 miles used on the 22s TV headrets a PS2. The G is $ 31,000 OBO, but I have to drop another few thousand for the extended warranty. I want to know what you guys think of the air, reliability, the best deal, just what is the best. I mean has h3 many opportunities to be connected etc.
Both are overpriced yuppy garbage. The Hummer is notoriously unreliable and 2002 was a terrible year for Mercedes. Look at something like the Acura MDX or Infiniti FX35, if you want it to last. I would also recommend the RX330/350 Lexus but it is a total chick car. The GX470/570 will probably be a bit expensive. If you prefer to buy American, Chevy Suburban. And go to the extended warranty – Just invested $ 100 in getting it checked by an independent, certified mechanic and save money you would have paid a guarantee for future repair / maintenance.

Are they screwing me over? I hear noise when I brake and turn the wheel of my car.?
There are noises in the front and separate sounds in the back when I brake and turn. I brought the car (which is still under warranty) and they said quote: "It's the end of arm I can feel it." Then when I went from the car he changed "is the leg". When I took the car, I noticed that they not "installed four rivets for the strut tower." Needless to say that the 4 rivets have not done well either. I still hear the creaking and grinding, I been hearing. I have less than 3,000 miles until my warranty expires. Are they trying to give me the warranty is over? Do you think it strut, tie rod end, or CV joints? Incidentally, I have a 2005 Chrysler Sebring Convertible. I bought it used with 22.000 miles on her with a 36,000 mile warranty. What are your thoughts?
if the CV joints should make noise, even when you're no brakes! if it should brake pads make noise, even when you're not rotating! Sounds like a wheel bearing

Why do race cars must have their tires changed so often?
I just put new tires on my car, and they have a 50,000-mile warranty so ideally it will not be until at least that many miles were driven on these tires I'll have to find new ones. In NASCAR, they not going to like this, 500 miles to a race? So why did they change their tires so often? It's like a couple of times a race they are?
because you do not drive fast so they do not tread .. they wear because of the heat generated by the race

Should You Buy Warranty For A Used Car
Used car buyers need to get their money’s worth as soon as their purchase has been confirmed. New or not, cars should have warranties. It is a right, not a privilege.
The following are tips to better your chances of getting the best warranty for your money. Know what you are buying
Some people who avail themselves of auto warranty coverage usually have a notion that they are purchasing a special shield that protects their vehicle from unnecessary wear and tear. Though this is true, this idea is primarily bound to a contract that the buyer should read prior to signing anything. There are instances when consumers buy a used car then expect the warranty company to get their cars back in shape for them. Buyers then unnecessarily file a complaint and get angry once their request is denied simply because their understanding of the conditions that constitute the warranty differs from what the warranty company has explicitly stated on their contract. It is advisable therefore to read in order to avoid uncalled for weeping.
See through the “lies.”
Do not believe when auto warranty companies claim that their warranty can not be refunded. One hundred percent of extended Car Warranties are refundable within thirty days provided no claims have been made. If in any instance you feel that you were in some way forced to purchase or getl a Ford, Hyundai or Honda warranty that you didn’t want, do not hesitate to get your money back.
Sift through their trashing
If a warranty company has a good enough standing, it does not need to trash the competition or badmouth the other company’s warranty contract. You need to see them point out their own warranty company merits, offers and packages and not the competitor’s “worthless” clauses in order to make a sale. Though it is a competitive world out there, the only way to stand out is to offer excellent and ethical service. In this case, action speaks louder than words.
Avoid buying auto warranty from you dealer
Though it is extremely convenient to do so, the effects are short-term. The price car dealers’ offer for extended auto warranty, believe it or not, is usually two to three times higher than the normal rate. Plus, their contracts have far too many limitations and unfair clauses that buying warranties from first-rate warranty companies that provide better service for half the price, is a clearer and – should be – the only option.

Used Car Warranty Estimates

Ford Taurus with valve problems. What should I do?
I bought a used 2003 Ford Taurus July of 2006. It was AS IS, so I had to purchase the warranty at the time of signing the agreement. Two days later, the salesman calls me and says the bank didn’t want to finance the warranty, so I had to come out of pocket. I had already put $1,000 down, and he wanted an additional $1,000 for the warranty. I said no.
Now six months later, the car is sounding, and acting like it wants to conk out, and die when I start/drive it. I took it to two mechanics: one estimate was $900, the other was over $3,000, and I can’t afford to fix it. I owe over $11,000 on it, and the car isn’t even worth that much. It has over 42,000 miles on it.
I have been to several dealerships to do a trade in, but no luck there because my credit score is too low, and I would need a co-signer.
What should I do?
You need to listen to people.Don’t buy Fords,Dodge,or G.M. cars.
