Automobiles designed on a combination between traditional propulsion means and alternative energy sources are classified as hybrid electric vehicles most of the time. This type of real estate investment is passive, similar to owning stock in General Electric. And you receive the dividends or, in this case the rent payments, monthly. Further, these types of commercial Tenants are positive business renters. Unlike apartment renters who tend to abuse the property and then move out leaving the owner to refurbish and to find new renters, commercial Tenants have a vested business interest in seeing that a location is well maintained and attractive to customers.

Will we "free" car care from the government?

My car is over 10 years old with 130,000 miles. I start to worry about his health and I have not any warranty or "health" insurance. I can not afford it. My car is a "right". I an inalienable "right" to a modern car without transport me and my family around. Is 0bama will give me a new one?
