Renault Megane 2003 1.6 Dynamic pack.Price needs new ignition?
I wonder if anyone out there ever had any problems and what would eventually charge for parts? My renault megane started jumping and then cut the other day called Helpdesk and they ran tests.One showed up 2 cyclinder misfire and the pilot as random misfire.The rac came to tow the car to a renault dealer for me today and when he left, he says he will need a new ignition pack.Lucky enough i have a guarantee that AA will cover part of costs, but does anyone have any idea what sort of cost i will be looking at.Only had the car 8 weeks!
Ignition packs are cheap. You should pay more for labor. I had a Ford Focus and the Ignition Pack went …. AA it towed to a garage and it cost me approximately £ 100 for parts and labor. The next time he went to a mechanic friend of mine told me to go, but pack a ford dealership …. It cost me £ 38. I could not believe how easy it was to adapt … 4 screws and a connecting wire. It that simple and because the power switch is on top / front of the engine, you do not get all the mud under the car. I would say not more than £ 100 ….. but consider yourself if it goes again.

Law State of Missouri or federal law to buy used cars "as is"? I bought a car a couple of weeks and I noticed a knocking noise under the front passenger car. I took it to Toyota to diagnose it and the ball must be replaced. The dealer I bought is not willing to work with us on the cost sharing or anything, that he there is no way to prove that it was like that when we bought it. People tell me there is some sort of law that covers clients buying used cars with no warranty. A kind of legislation that covers the car for 30 days … Does anyone have information if this is correct or not I can go back to the dealership and argue with them? Or am I just screwed?
There is no law which provides a blanket guarantee on a vehicle that was sold in the state. As-is means that you buy the vehicle power, status, and the seller makes no warranty of any kind. in example, if you buy a car from me is that I'm going to sign a form which states in part, I understand that this vehicle is sold as is without warranty, express or implied. I will bear the costs of repairing or correcting any defects that may exist now or that occur in the vehicle. The seller must not have any responsibility for repairs, consequential damages, damages to property, damages for loss of use, loss of time, loss of profits or revenues, or other deficiency of this vehicle. The seller makes no warranty, representation or warranty that the motor vehicle contains only manufacturer installed or manufacturer rebuilt components, parts or accessories. I understand that everything that happens on the vehicle after I take possession is my responsibility. If the vehicle breaks in half, I own both pieces. I think it is very clear. You should have received the vehicle inspected by your own qualified mechanic before buying. Because you do not, you now get to pay for all necessary repairs

Sine it is 2004-2006, you can probably get on that. My 325i 2004 depreciated by about 18 carats, so it should not be a problem. Regarding mileage, you probably can. Most people average around 10k miles per year, unless they have a longer journey to work. You could probably find one with least it.

just bought used off-road, 2 years, want a low mileage extended warranty. Know any good business with good coverage, good response time, good experience?
Vicious vampires sucking money – Which … They know the likely hood of a major engine or transmission failure (on the only things actually covered after the fine print and the franchise (S)) before they drop you like a hot potato without delay, 100k miles, is virtually nonexistent. Keep your oil changed regularly and cooling system flushes and transmission conducted on a 50k and put the rest of the money you spend it … save money in a separate account and before you have a major expense service, you'll have plenty of money to pay cash or use it as a deposit on your next car.
