Car Warranty Has Expired

Nobody get calls on their phone about a Car Warranty?
I just changed my number and I am still receiving calls that say "your vehicle warranty may have expired and must be renewed immediately." My car is not new and it is not, to my knowledge, have a warranty. Anybody know this? I'm really confused!
I receive calls but receive letters of junk all the time with the same thing. Companies that sell warranties are constantly sell a vacuum that the new Car Warranties are a source very lucrative income for them. They will often sell you a warranty if your car is less than ten years and has less than 70,000 miles on it. They make a fortune off of these things. Consumers have made a survey of auto dealers a few years ago and discovered that the dealers have more than sale of warranties that the sale of cars.
