What Does Used Car Warranty Cover

You just bought a used car from a dealer … problems already?
I bought a 2003 Mistu Eclipse (Big mistake) from a dealer two weeks ago … The sunroof stopped working and the check engine light came on two days after I bought it. I brought him back and he said he had to do with the gas cap and the light went out. (I do not know if they can reset the check engine light) So, like a week later he came again! So I brought him back and he said there could be a leak or something. I bought a warranty with the car, so he told me just to get it repaired. I'm just so frustrated b / c I have this piece of shit car, but I feel like I'm stuck with him b / c it is out of warranty anyway! But I do not want go to the shop every other week! And I just found out that theres no lemon law in NH, only for new cars … What can I do? Or am I just stuck with this car??? Advice please! Thank you =)
I think there are lemon laws in certain areas that give you the possibility of returning a used car in a month for a full refund if it proves to be a lemon. Check it out.
